Inspect panels and trim
We examine panels, seams, edges, trim, and visible substrate concerns to define the work area.
We assess siding condition, plan the needed work, and protect nearby surfaces. Our crew serves residential and commercial properties in Sammamish.
Damaged panels receive focused attention before moisture or movement spreads to nearby areas.
Prepared siding gives the agreed coating a sound surface to bond.
Trim and surrounding surfaces receive protection during exterior work.
Siding contractor work is a building service that inspects, repairs, prepares, and improves exterior siding systems.

Siding work starts with the visible exterior, but the decision often depends on what sits behind each panel. We inspect panel condition, trim, seams, fasteners, and exposed substrate before choosing repair or coating work. Our crew protects nearby surfaces and prepares the work area before repairs or finishes begin. Related carpentry work may address damaged trim or other wood details that affect the finished exterior. The main buyer decision is whether the existing siding needs repair, preparation, coating, or a broader improvement plan. We explain the observed condition and place the agreed work in a written project proposal.

The team at 365 did a great job painting our house. They painted the full exterior of our house, including all the trim, front door, and garage doors. Their color matching was spot on, and the front door and porch trim finish is perfectly smooth. They even did a nice job with caulking as well.
These guys did an awesome job! They have a well trained team that works closely together to get the job done on time and on budget. They also did a number of other repairs on the interior and exterior ( removed dry rot, repair drywall, etc.) before they could even start the painting. I would highly recommend them!
We had been putting off painting our house because there is never a great time to do so. After we decided to do it, we got 6 bids, some where very low, with low grade products, other very high with outrageous considerations, Jeff and his team came dead in the middle with amazing notes from the first visit, careful workmanship and with top of the line quality product. Scheduling was a breeze with Lorena make it so easy for us even with a busy schedule during the summer. The best experience we've had, we basically did not notice the team was working. They arrived every day super early, left the area pristine, and delivered a great quality outcome in the entire exterior job. We are super happy with the pain, the look and all the recommendation and fixes the team did. We will definitely work with 365Painting Solutions for all of our future painting needs. Thank you for making this experience simple and painless.
Start with a free consultation and in-home meeting for your siding project. PainterSammishwa.com will review the property and prepare a written project proposal.

Cracked panels can expose the surface behind the siding, especially around seams and trim. The visible break may not show the full repair area, so panel edges and nearby substrate need careful inspection. Mark the affected spots and mention any related trim damage during the free consultation. We’ll use those details to shape the written project proposal.
Loose edges can interfere with a clean exterior finish and may point to movement or failed fastening. The work needs a sound surface before any coating begins, with nearby areas protected from dust and materials. Gather your preferred finish goals and note panels that move or separate. Our crew can then assess preparation and repair needs together.
A commercial property with worn siding needs a plan that considers visible panels, trim, access, and the working area. Repairs and coating work should follow an agreed scope so the property manager knows what will be addressed. Share site access details and the areas of concern at the consultation. We’ll document the proposed work before production starts.
