Review the timber and project scope
We meet to understand the property, the exposed timber areas, access needs, and the coating work requested.
We apply intumescent coatings to mass-timber surfaces for residential and commercial properties. Careful preparation helps the coating bond well and cover the planned timber areas.
The coating creates a planned heat-reactive layer over included timber surfaces.
Surface preparation gives the coating a cleaner base for adhesion and coverage.
A written scope helps separate coated timber areas from unrelated painting work.
A final walkthrough gives you a clear point for reviewing agreed touch-ups.
Mass-timber intumescent coating application is a coating service that adds a heat-reactive layer to exposed mass-timber surfaces.

Mass-timber intumescent coating application covers more than placing paint on wood. We review the timber surface, protect nearby work areas, prepare the substrate, and apply the coating to the included sections. The coating stage follows the written project scope. Surface condition, access, timber layout, and the selected coating system all affect the work plan. We explain those factors during the estimate so the project starts with a defined direction. Our crew also follows PDCA standards for painting work. At closeout, we complete a final inspection with the lead paint crew member and address agreed project details.

We prepare mass-timber surfaces and protect nearby finishes before applying the intumescent coating.
We provide a written scope and pricing proposal that identifies the timber areas and coating work before production begins.
We complete a documented walkthrough of coated timber areas and address agreed touch-ups before project closeout.
These guys did an awesome job! They have a well trained team that works closely together to get the job done on time and on budget. They also did a number of other repairs on the interior and exterior ( removed dry rot, repair drywall, etc.) before they could even start the painting. I would highly recommend them!
We had been putting off painting our house because there is never a great time to do so. After we decided to do it, we got 6 bids, some where very low, with low grade products, other very high with outrageous considerations, Jeff and his team came dead in the middle with amazing notes from the first visit, careful workmanship and with top of the line quality product. Scheduling was a breeze with Lorena make it so easy for us even with a busy schedule during the summer. The best experience we've had, we basically did not notice the team was working. They arrived every day super early, left the area pristine, and delivered a great quality outcome in the entire exterior job. We are super happy with the pain, the look and all the recommendation and fixes the team did. We will definitely work with 365Painting Solutions for all of our future painting needs. Thank you for making this experience simple and painless.
The team at 365 did a great job painting our house. They painted the full exterior of our house, including all the trim, front door, and garage doors. Their color matching was spot on, and the front door and porch trim finish is perfectly smooth. They even did a nice job with caulking as well.
Request a free estimate for your mass-timber coating project. We'll review the timber areas, preparation needs, and access conditions before preparing your written proposal.

A commercial or residential build may have exposed mass timber before interior finishes are complete. The coating plan must account for access, nearby surfaces, and any repair work that comes first. We review the timber areas, protect the work zone, and prepare a written scope so the owner can request an estimate before scheduling production.
Visible dust, residue, or rough timber can affect how an intumescent coating bonds and covers the surface. The concern is not solved by applying another coat without checking the substrate. We inspect the affected areas, identify needed preparation, and include that work in the project discussion for the property in Sammamish.
A property owner may need a clear review before the coated timber work is closed out. Coverage, protected edges, and agreed touch-ups all need attention at that stage. We walk the project with the lead paint crew member, discuss the finished areas, and address agreed details before closeout.
