Discuss the deck's purpose
We meet in the home or commercial property to discuss use, layout, access, and the work you want included.
We plan and build decks for homes and commercial properties in Sammamish. Our free estimate starts with a clear look at your goals, access, and project scope.
A defined scope helps separate new construction from repairs and surface preparation.
Planned access and surrounding-area protection help keep the work area organized.
A written estimate gives residential and commercial clients a clear basis for reviewing the project.
A deck builder is a construction service that plans and builds outdoor deck spaces for homes and commercial properties.

Deck building starts with the space you want to create and the way you plan to use it. We look at the proposed layout, access, existing surfaces, repairs, and surrounding work areas before setting the scope. The right fit depends on the property's needs, the deck's condition, and the work you want completed. A new build, a repair-focused project, and a deck that needs surface work require different plans. Our approach suits owners who want one team to discuss deck work alongside painting and carpentry services. We also help commercial clients define the work around their property use and access needs.

The team at 365 did a great job painting our house. They painted the full exterior of our house, including all the trim, front door, and garage doors. Their color matching was spot on, and the front door and porch trim finish is perfectly smooth. They even did a nice job with caulking as well.
We had been putting off painting our house because there is never a great time to do so. After we decided to do it, we got 6 bids, some where very low, with low grade products, other very high with outrageous considerations, Jeff and his team came dead in the middle with amazing notes from the first visit, careful workmanship and with top of the line quality product. Scheduling was a breeze with Lorena make it so easy for us even with a busy schedule during the summer. The best experience we've had, we basically did not notice the team was working. They arrived every day super early, left the area pristine, and delivered a great quality outcome in the entire exterior job. We are super happy with the pain, the look and all the recommendation and fixes the team did. We will definitely work with 365Painting Solutions for all of our future painting needs. Thank you for making this experience simple and painless.
These guys did an awesome job! They have a well trained team that works closely together to get the job done on time and on budget. They also did a number of other repairs on the interior and exterior ( removed dry rot, repair drywall, etc.) before they could even start the painting. I would highly recommend them!
PainterSammishwa.com starts with an in-home consultation, reviews your deck goals, and prepares a written estimate for the agreed work.

A homeowner may have a deck area that no longer fits daily use, seating, or access needs. The key decision is whether the project calls for a new layout, repairs, or both. We discuss how the space should function, inspect the work area, and prepare a written scope for the estimate.
Loose boards, soft sections, or worn surfaces can make a deck hard to use with confidence. The visible issue may involve more than one part, so we review the surrounding area before defining repairs. Our in-home consultation gives the owner a place to discuss the concern and choose a suitable project scope.
A commercial property may need deck work planned around customer access, staff movement, or nearby work areas. The scope must account for how the property functions while the project proceeds. We meet with the client, review access and protection needs, and provide a written proposal for the agreed work.
