Inspect boards and fence parts
We review boards, rails, posts, gates, access, and nearby surfaces to define the work and note repair needs.
We stain wood fences for homes and businesses in Sammamish. Our licensed, insured painting services include careful preparation and free estimates.
A prepared surface accepts the coating more evenly across boards and rails.
A new finish gives weathered wood a refreshed appearance that fits the property.
Protected nearby surfaces keep the work area cleaner during staining.
A final review helps identify agreed touch-ups before project closeout.

Fence staining covers more than putting color on boards. We inspect the fence, note damaged sections, prepare the wood, protect nearby surfaces, and apply a suitable finish to the prepared areas. The condition of the wood guides the work. Loose coating, dirt, failed repairs, and uneven absorption can affect the result. We address the surface first, then review the finish with you. A stain won't restore severely damaged wood or correct structural movement. Our team identifies those limits during the estimate, so you can decide whether repairs or replacement belong in the project.

We had been putting off painting our house because there is never a great time to do so. After we decided to do it, we got 6 bids, some where very low, with low grade products, other very high with outrageous considerations, Jeff and his team came dead in the middle with amazing notes from the first visit, careful workmanship and with top of the line quality product. Scheduling was a breeze with Lorena make it so easy for us even with a busy schedule during the summer. The best experience we've had, we basically did not notice the team was working. They arrived every day super early, left the area pristine, and delivered a great quality outcome in the entire exterior job. We are super happy with the pain, the look and all the recommendation and fixes the team did. We will definitely work with 365Painting Solutions for all of our future painting needs. Thank you for making this experience simple and painless.
These guys did an awesome job! They have a well trained team that works closely together to get the job done on time and on budget. They also did a number of other repairs on the interior and exterior ( removed dry rot, repair drywall, etc.) before they could even start the painting. I would highly recommend them!
The team at 365 did a great job painting our house. They painted the full exterior of our house, including all the trim, front door, and garage doors. Their color matching was spot on, and the front door and porch trim finish is perfectly smooth. They even did a nice job with caulking as well.
PainterSammishwa.com will begin with a fence inspection and written scope for your Sammamish property. Request your free estimate to discuss preparation, repairs, coating, and cleanup.

A fence can look uneven when some boards face more exposure than others. Mixed wood age and old coating can also change how stain absorbs. We inspect each section, note failed finish or damaged boards, and explain the preparation needed before coating. A free estimate gives you a written scope for the work.
Peeling stain on a gate or rail needs attention before new coating goes on. Loose material can cause bare spots and early failure, while damaged wood can affect the repair plan. We check the moving parts and surrounding boards, then include the needed preparation in the written proposal.
Some owners want a cleaner look but first notice cracked boards, worn posts, or loose sections. Stain won't fix a damaged fence part, so we separate repair needs from coating work during the inspection. We review the condition with you and outline a practical scope for preparation, staining, and cleanup.
