About

Commercial painting for occupied business properties

Commercial painting covers more than applying a new color. We prepare walls, trim, doors, and other agreed surfaces, then protect nearby floors, fixtures, and work areas during production. The project plan depends on the surface condition, repair needs, access, and finish selected. Our team discusses these points during the consultation and records the agreed scope in writing. Business owners should also consider how workers, visitors, furniture, and daily access affect the work area. We organize the job around the approved scope and keep communication open through scheduling, production, and final approval. Our practical position is simple. Surface preparation deserves the same attention as finish application because paint cannot hide a weak or dirty substrate for long.

These guys did an awesome job! They have a well trained team that works closely together to get the job done on time and on budget. They also did a number of other repairs on the interior and exterior ( removed dry rot, repair drywall, etc.) before they could even start the painting. I would highly recommend them!

We had been putting off painting our house because there is never a great time to do so. After we decided to do it, we got 6 bids, some where very low, with low grade products, other very high with outrageous considerations, Jeff and his team came dead in the middle with amazing notes from the first visit, careful workmanship and with top of the line quality product. Scheduling was a breeze with Lorena make it so easy for us even with a busy schedule during the summer. The best experience we've had, we basically did not notice the team was working. They arrived every day super early, left the area pristine, and delivered a great quality outcome in the entire exterior job. We are super happy with the pain, the look and all the recommendation and fixes the team did. We will definitely work with 365Painting Solutions for all of our future painting needs. Thank you for making this experience simple and painless.

The team at 365 did a great job painting our house. They painted the full exterior of our house, including all the trim, front door, and garage doors. Their color matching was spot on, and the front door and porch trim finish is perfectly smooth. They even did a nice job with caulking as well.

Questions about commercial painting for business properties

Who provides commercial painting in Sammamish?

PainterSammamishwa.com provides commercial painting for businesses and property owners in Sammamish. Our work includes surface preparation, repairs, protective measures, finish application, cleanup, and final review. We begin with a free consultation and in-home meeting, then prepare a written scope and pricing proposal before work begins. The planned areas and project needs guide the estimate.

What changes the cost of a commercial painting project?

Project cost changes with surface condition, repair needs, total areas, access, protection, coating choices, and preparation requirements. A written estimate should account for the actual property rather than rely on a broad room label. We review the site during a consultation, record the agreed scope, and provide a written pricing proposal before production.

Does the estimate include surface preparation and cleanup?

The written estimate identifies the agreed preparation, protection, painting, repairs, and cleanup for the project. We prepare substrates before applying finishes and protect surrounding work areas during production. The final review checks the completed scope and agreed touch-ups. Ask us to list any special access or protection needs in the proposal.

How does commercial painting limit disruption to a business?

Project planning limits disruption by defining work areas, access needs, protection measures, and production steps before painting starts. We discuss the property's use during the consultation and maintain direct communication through scheduling, production, and final approval. Business owners should identify customer paths, fixtures, furniture, and spaces that need continued access.

What should we fix before applying commercial paint?

We address agreed surface defects before coating so loose, cracked, stained, or damaged areas do not undermine the finish. Our review considers peeling paint, substrate condition, trim damage, and needed carpentry work. The written scope identifies preparation and repairs included in the project, while the final walkthrough checks the agreed result.

What is the difference between commercial and industrial painting?

Commercial painting focuses on business properties and their occupied spaces, while industrial painting often involves specialized facilities, equipment, or protective coating systems. We plan commercial work around walls, trim, doors, customer areas, offices, and property access. The correct scope depends on the surfaces, coating needs, repairs, and use of the property.

What does a business owner need before requesting an estimate?

A business owner should identify the areas, surface concerns, access limits, preferred colors, and protection needs before requesting an estimate. Photos can help explain peeling, stains, cracks, or damaged trim, but the consultation confirms the actual scope. We use the meeting to understand the property and prepare a written proposal.

When Customers Call Us About Commercial Painting

1

A worn customer-facing commercial space

Scuffed walls, faded trim, and marked doors can make a business space feel neglected. The work needs careful surface checks and protection around fixtures, flooring, and customer paths. Start by listing the affected areas and the access limits, then request a consultation so we can build a written scope for the repaint.

2

Peeling paint after an earlier repaint

Peeling coating often signals a preparation or substrate problem, so another coat may not solve it. We inspect loose paint, surface condition, repairs, and likely causes before setting the work scope. Property owners can share photos and note where peeling occurs before our in-home meeting.

3

A planned property refresh

A property refresh may involve several surfaces, repairs, colors, and finish choices. Commercial painting needs a written plan so the owner can review what will be prepared, protected, coated, and checked. Gather the desired areas and business access needs, then request a free estimate for the proposed work.
