Contractor Work for Boulevard Park Painting Projects

This page is for property owners who need one organized plan for painting and related improvement work. The scope may include interior walls, exterior surfaces, cabinets, trim, repairs, and commercial areas.

The buyer decision centers on preparation. We inspect the surfaces, discuss color and finish goals, protect nearby areas, and explain which repairs belong in the written estimate. The work fits projects where painting connects with carpentry or surface repair, not jobs that only need a small supply purchase.

Projects follow PDCA standards for preparation and finish work. A final inspection with the lead paint crew member gives the owner a chance to review the completed areas and discuss project details.

  • Confirm which rooms, elevations, cabinets, or commercial areas need work.
  • Identify peeling paint, damaged wood, gaps, stains, and other repair needs.
  • Choose finish types and colors before the written estimate is prepared.
  • Plan protection for floors, furniture, fixtures, trim, and adjacent work areas.
  • Review the finished surfaces with the lead paint crew member.

How We Approach This Painting Work

Protection before surface work

Dust barriers, plastic sheeting, drop cloths, floor protection, and masking tape are placed around the work area before repairs or painting begin. This service is the wrong fit when you only need paint supplies or a do-it-yourself color choice.

Written scope before production

A free estimate follows a consultation and in-home meeting. The written agreement records the planned surfaces, repairs, finishes, and project details so the work has a clear starting point.

Preparation follows PDCA standards

Surface cleaning, repair, sanding, priming, and finish application are planned around the condition of the material. Our licensed, insured painting services cover residential and commercial work.

We had been putting off painting our house because there is never a great time to do so. After we decided to do it, we got 6 bids, some where very low, with low grade products, other very high with outrageous considerations, Jeff and his team came dead in the middle with amazing notes from the first visit, careful workmanship and with top of the line quality product. Scheduling was a breeze with Lorena make it so easy for us even with a busy schedule during the summer. The best experience we've had, we basically did not notice the team was working. They arrived every day super early, left the area pristine, and delivered a great quality outcome in the entire exterior job. We are super happy with the pain, the look and all the recommendation and fixes the team did. We will definitely work with 365Painting Solutions for all of our future painting needs. Thank you for making this experience simple and painless.

These guys did an awesome job! They have a well trained team that works closely together to get the job done on time and on budget. They also did a number of other repairs on the interior and exterior ( removed dry rot, repair drywall, etc.) before they could even start the painting. I would highly recommend them!

Questions About Protected Painting Work

What does a written painting estimate need to cover?

A written estimate should identify the surfaces, repairs, preparation, finishes, and protection included in the work. Our estimate follows a consultation and in-home meeting. The scope can cover walls, trim, cabinets, exterior surfaces, carpentry repairs, or commercial areas. Clear scope matters because damaged wood, peeling coatings, and difficult access can change the work required.

Which part of the property decides the painting scope?

The surface condition decides much of the painting scope. Walls, trim, cabinets, siding, and wood repairs each need different preparation. Peeling paint, stains, cracks, loose caulk, and damaged material must be addressed before finish coats. We inspect those conditions during the in-home meeting and place the findings in the written project agreement.

Can cabinet painting include repairs or refacing?

Cabinet painting can include preparation, finish work, repairs, or refacing when the written scope calls for it. Doors, drawer fronts, cabinet boxes, hinges, and nearby walls need separate review. Our team discusses the desired change during the consultation. That review helps decide whether painting, refacing, or carpentry work best fits the existing cabinets.

How does the work progress from the first meeting to cleanup?

The project moves from consultation to written scope, protection, preparation, finish work, cleanup, and final review. The in-home meeting records your goals and property details. Protection goes in before active work starts. Necessary repairs and preparation follow, then the lead paint crew member reviews the finished areas with you.

Why should carpentry repairs be discussed before painting?

Carpentry repairs should be discussed before painting because damaged wood or trim can affect the finished surface. We inspect the repair area, determine whether preparation is needed, and include the related work in the written scope. Addressing the substrate first helps the new coating follow a sound surface and keeps the planned finish work organized.
