Contractor Services for Bothell Painting and Property Work

This service fits property owners who need more than paint applied to a ready surface. We handle interior and exterior painting, cabinet painting and refacing, commercial painting, and carpentry connected to the project.

The main decision is whether a surface needs repair, replacement, or preparation before finish work. Weather exposure, hidden damage, material shortages, design changes, and access limits can affect that choice. We review the property during a free consultation and in-home meeting, then develop a written agreement for the selected work.

A project may be the wrong fit when the requested work falls outside painting, cabinet, commercial coating, or related carpentry services. For supported work, we explain the scope, protect nearby areas, and review the finished project with the lead paint crew member.

  • Confirm which rooms, elevations, cabinets, trim, or commercial areas need work.
  • Identify surface repairs that must happen before primer or finish coats.
  • Confirm color choices, finish preferences, access needs, and surrounding areas that need protection.
  • Review the written project agreement before work starts.

We had been putting off painting our house because there is never a great time to do so. After we decided to do it, we got 6 bids, some where very low, with low grade products, other very high with outrageous considerations, Jeff and his team came dead in the middle with amazing notes from the first visit, careful workmanship and with top of the line quality product. Scheduling was a breeze with Lorena make it so easy for us even with a busy schedule during the summer. The best experience we've had, we basically did not notice the team was working. They arrived every day super early, left the area pristine, and delivered a great quality outcome in the entire exterior job. We are super happy with the pain, the look and all the recommendation and fixes the team did. We will definitely work with 365Painting Solutions for all of our future painting needs. Thank you for making this experience simple and painless.

These guys did an awesome job! They have a well trained team that works closely together to get the job done on time and on budget. They also did a number of other repairs on the interior and exterior ( removed dry rot, repair drywall, etc.) before they could even start the painting. I would highly recommend them!

Questions About Painting and Renovation Work

How does the crew match the work to my property layout?

The property layout determines how we plan access, protection, repairs, and finish application. We review rooms, trim, cabinets, doors, commercial areas, and nearby surfaces during the in-home meeting. The written agreement then records the areas included. This approach helps separate connected work from surfaces that aren't part of the request.

What should I prepare before the in-home meeting for Contractor?

The owner should identify the areas, colors, finishes, access limits, and repair concerns to discuss. Photos, cabinet details, and notes about occupied rooms can help clarify the request. We use the meeting to inspect the property and understand the requirements. A free estimate follows after the scope is discussed.

Which details should I confirm before approving the agreement?

The agreement should identify the work areas, preparation, repairs, finishes, protection, cleanup, and inspection steps. We review those details with the owner before work starts. Color choices and cabinet changes should also be settled early. Written scope matters most when painting connects with carpentry or commercial access needs.

Can cabinet painting and carpentry be part of one project?

Cabinet painting, cabinet refacing, and related carpentry can be included when they fit the agreed project scope. We inspect the cabinet surfaces and connected trim before preparation begins. The owner can discuss repair needs during the consultation. Work outside painting, cabinet updates, and related carpentry requires a different scope.

Why might an exterior finish need repair before painting?

An exterior finish needs repair when the surface cannot support proper preparation and coating. Peeling paint, damaged trim, or other exposed areas can change the work from coating alone to repair plus painting. We inspect the surface and record the needed preparation. The owner then receives a clearer choice before the agreement is finalized.

Who provides these painting and carpentry services?

PainterSammamishwa.com provides the painting, cabinet, commercial, and related carpentry services. Our in-house trained crew handles protection, repairs, preparation, finish application, and cleanup within the agreed scope. We also conduct a final inspection with the lead paint crew member. The service fits residential and commercial property owners.
